Great job
I always cut mine in half before and then followed as you did. However that did allow for the juice of the cut seeds to stain and be messy. I like this way and will do it "your way "in the future.
How about some more helpful tips!

Your demo is great. I'll give it a try as the method sure beats mine. When I've done it, my kitchen looks like someone surely must have gotten injured, i.e. there is a lot of red, blood looking, liquid all over the kitchen. Thanks for the tips! Good photography too.
